Terms of Reference – AL Nepal: Graphics Design Associate
Accountability Lab Nepal is looking for a creative multimedia enthusiast who will be responsible for producing a multitude of graphic designs, illustrations, and social media content for the organization’s different programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Producing creative content, graphics, and short videos on a vast range of issues, projects, and campaigns

- Follow organization branding guidelines and develop communication materials in the forms of digital graphics, videos, print graphics, etc.
- Proactively identify communication materials that can be published on social media to increase the organization’s outreach.
- Enhance and adapt existing designs and products of the organization.
- Help build communication strategies and implement them on a day-to-day basis.

- Coordinating with program teams

- Support different program teams to produce multimedia materials and content.
- Communicate with team members regularly to enhance knowledge of the organizational values and programs.
- Support in writing regular communication reports for the organizations’ update meetings.

- Representing Accountability Lab Nepal

- Represent the Accountability Lab to various forums, communities, and media to share the works of the Lab.
- Support in the communication and outreach of Accountability Lab Nepal’s activities.
- Stay connected, engaged, and well informed with the organization’s network.
- Take action by keeping the Accountability Lab’s values, mission, and code of conduct in mind
Requirements
- Must know how to use Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and AfterEffects). Other designing and video editing tools are a plus.
- Enthusiastic in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Open-minded, positive attitude, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Able to connect with people and mingle with the team.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team settings
- Exception listening, interpersonal and communication skills in Nepali and English.
